ME Time Meditations allow you to unplug, restore your well-being and have a bit of time for yourself during your day. This Meditation uses a very basic tool called Take a Breath to bring you into Present Time, Present Moment. We begin with a circular breath and shift into a figure 8 breathing pattern.
