I was asked one day , Nadine how do you stay positive and focused on your goals? My response is that I stay in the present moment and CHOOSE. I can choose an old habit, old pattern, OR I can Choose something new. For me,it is helpful to Stop, Be Aware of what is going on, and then find something to be Grateful for. As I take a breath, I come into the present moment. And in This Moment, I Choose to be Grateful and Happy. That one action allows me to pivot.

Being happy is the cornerstone of all that you are! Nothing is more important than that you feel good! And you have absolute and utter control about that because you can choose the thought that makes you worry or the thought that makes you happy; the things that thrill you, or the things that worry you. You have the choice in every moment.
